This charming studio apt is located on the upper level of the Pleasant Hall Cluster of Apts in Rockley Golf Resort. The seven Spanish style clusters of Apts that are located on the Golf course have their own freshwater swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by shade umbrellas, deck chairs and bordered by shrubs and tropical foliage. The golf course is a 9 hole course on the South Coast of Barbados.

The balcony of Apt 439 overlooks the third fairway and has a magnificent view of the golf course. There is a BBQ on the balcony for those evenings of eating dinner on the patio. The apt is fully equipped with a full kitchen and a King size bed. Maid service is provided once per week for the cleaning of the apt. The cluster has free car parking facilities as well as free laundry facilities to all resident guests.

Rockley Golf Resort is about 15 minutes away from the Grantly Adams Airport and about 15 minutes away from Bridgetown. It is on a popular bus route for public t transportation. This 70 Acre Golf Course is within easy walking distance to Rockley and Worthing Beaches, two supermarkets, post office and a bank. The lively St Lawrence Gap area is nearby and offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

Golf is offered at the Club House at very reasonable rates for resident guests. Located at the Rockley Golf Club House is the “Out of Bounds” Restaurant. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, breakfast lunch and dinner from 6am to 8pm on the premised at very affordable rates. There are several Tennis courts which can be rented at affordable prices to resident guests of the Resort. The Resort is also popular to people who just like walking for exercise and is an excellent facility for those enthusiast.

Facilities

Pleasant Hall apartment offers a wide range of facilities:

• A gas BBQ is at the apartment for use of the tenants.
   
• Washing facilities are on the compound of each cluster of apartments and are available free of cost to you at any time.
   
• Maid service once per week is provided for the cleaning of the apartment.
   
• Free parking is located in the car park to each cluster of apartments.
   
• These Spanish-style apartments are located on a golf course and have many other facilities and amenities, which can be used by you. Each cluster of apartments has its own pool which is bordered by a lovely tropical garden.
   
   
• Golf – Rockley Golf Course is a lovely 9 hole 2800 yard par 36 course located on the premises of the resort. Equipment is available for rental at the Club House.
  
  
  
• Tennis can be enjoyed as there are several courts which can be rented at affordable prices.

How To Book

A deposit of 3 nights is required to secure the booking. A booking form will be sent to you, to be filled out in full and either faxed or e-mailed back.
The deposit can be paid with credit card.

The balance is due on arrival.
